Inspired by the river that gives us our name, we at Saugatuck Pediatrics help you navigate your child’s journey, from birth to adulthood.
Saugatuck Pediatrics LLC is an independent practice founded by Dr. Jenn Gruen in 2023. After opening and practicing at Village Pediatrics for a lucky 13 years, Dr. Jenn is thrilled to start a new chapter just down the road.
At Saugatuck, we are committed to establishing a warm, personal connection with our patients and families, while practicing state-of-the-art medicine in our newly constructed office at 191 Post Road West in Westport. Our goal is to care with kindness, to provide high-quality and evidence-based treatment, and to create an environment that makes children and parents feel seen and heard, safe and valued.
Our pediatric specific electronic medical record, PCC, has a robust patient portal (MyKidsChart) that allows you to communicate with the physicians as well as access your child’s chart, including visits, immunizations, labs, school forms, and more.
Our office provides education through multiple formats, including educational mailings, blog posts and social media content, allowing parents to make informed decisions about their family’s health. And our staff ensures that your family receives comprehensive, coordinated care that you can trust.
Saugatuck Pediatrics physicians have a combined seven decades of experience as pediatricians and seven years of working together as friends and colleagues—not to mention, eight children! Still, we’re always learning, refining our skills, and committing to continued education in our chosen field—so that we can provide our patients with not only the kindest care, but the most evidence-based care, too.
Our office is joyful, and our people are respectful. We take our time, and respect your time; we answer the phone, because we’ve been in your shoes; and we personally carry out procedures that cause outsized anxiety and fear, like shots and blood-draws.
In short: we love what we do, we love who we do it with, and we love who we do it for.
Although Saugatuck Pediatrics may be the new practice on the block, our team has been around it for a long time! Our physicians have the privilege of being supported by a team of excellent, well-trained, and amazingly dedicated professionals with whom we have worked for years. We also welcome several newcomers, who are excited to meet your families and follow in our tradition of whole family, kind and compassionate care.
